Description: The Healthy RC Youth Council conducted a community-wide survey to gauge the general public's knowledge and understanding of homelessness in the city. The data collected from the surveys was used to identify prominent issues and inform policy proposals presented to the City Council. The policy proposals are currently under consideration by the mayor. This effort was part of a larger collaboration with city officials to decrease homelessness rates in Rancho Cucamonga.
